Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY / WIDERRUFSBELEHRUNG

1. Our Returns Policy

Customers may only return items if they are damaged or defective, if HIVE sent a customer an item in error please contact HIVE.  HIVE will not accept returns of any of the granolas or teas, if you receive them damaged, please document the damage and contact us as soon as possible.  We will find a solution.

2. Delivery charges for returns

If a customer is returning an item because of an error on the part of HIVE or because it is defective, HIVE will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and the costs of returning the items back to HIVE.  This does not include the granolas and teas, we cannot accept any returns on those items.

2.1. Returning an item

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below:

HIVE, Rathausufer 14, 40213 Düsseldorf. HIVE recommends that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect a customers statutory rights.

3. Cancelling an item

Under the German Selling Regulations, a customer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item as long as the products has not been used and the customer notifies HIVE of the cancelation within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the customer received the products.

If a customer decides to cancel the contract the notice of cancellation must be in writing and may be communicated to HIVE by any of the following means:-

delivery by hand to: HIVE Rathausufer 14, 40213 Düsseldorf; sent by post to HIVE Rathausufer 14, 40213 Düsseldorf; or sent by electronic mail to info@hive.de.com

In each case a notice should be clearly marked or headed "Contract Cancellation" and should contain the customers name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Once the customer has notified us of the cancellation please package the relevant item securely and send it to HIVE with a copy of the notice of cancellation. Please ensure that the package is marked "Contract Cancellation".

HIVE recommends that customers use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to HIVE unless HIVE delivered the item to the customer in error or the item is faulty. The customer should be aware that once HIVE begins the delivery process, the customer will not be able to cancel any contract with HIVE for services carried out by HIVE (for example, postage and packing). As soon as HIVE receives notice of a customers cancellation of an order, HIVE will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed if any product is defective. Products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded. Unopened products may be returned within 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the products.
